Most shops use a third of what they pay ServiceTitan for. I fix that, from the ops desk.
Three ways in, depending on where it hurts.
Thinking about ServiceTitan and scared of the price tag and the horror stories? Get an honest readiness assessment before you sign.
Signed up, half-implemented, and paying for features nobody uses? That's the most common state in the industry. It's fixable.
Platform running clean? This is where it gets fun: automation and AI built directly on your ServiceTitan data.
A system only works if every seat can actually run it. I design around what each one needs, and what each one will really do.
Reporting you can trust without chasing anyone: margin, average ticket, conversion, and where the money went, on one screen, every Monday.
If you run the office, you're the one saying "I wish it did this." Usually it can. When it truly can't, I build the automation that does. Configuration that makes your day shorter, not longer.
"The techs won't do that." You're right: they won't. So nothing I build depends on it. If a tech has to touch it, it's two taps or it doesn't ship.
"I don't use AI to do the work for me. I put AI to work."
AI is barely supported and barely understood in the trades. That gap is your opportunity. I build the automations and AI agents that handle the heavy lifting: the repetitive clicks, the data cleanup, the report building, the follow-ups. My operations expertise sets the direction. Your vision sets the goal. The AI just swings the hammer. Every automation ships documented, with your team trained to own it.
Health check. A fixed-price audit of your setup: configuration, pricebook, reporting, workflows, adoption. You get a scored punch list with dollar impact and a walkthrough call. Priced by shop size, starting at $1,950, and part of the fee credits toward fix work you book after. Useful whether or not we work together again.
Fix what bleeds. Project work from the punch list, worst first: pricebook rebuilds, reporting, memberships, payroll config, automations. Every project is scoped and priced up front, in writing, before it starts. Most run $2,500 to $9,500. No hourly meter running.
Run it right. Training for CSRs, dispatchers, and techs in their own language, plus the On-Call Ops retainer if you want a mechanical mind on call: a support queue answered same day with fixes by next morning, a monthly reporting review, and automation upkeep. Starting at $1,495 a month, a fraction of a dedicated hire, and only a handful of client slots, ever. Shops ready to commit can start with the 12-month Ops Partner agreement: a foundation build up front, then the monthly retainer, with the right to walk away after the first quarter on 30 days notice, no exit fee. Commitment should run both ways.
Straight answers on price: every number on this page is real, and anything not listed gets quoted in writing before work starts.
Ask any shop what wears them down about big-platform support: the rotating account managers, the re-explaining, the tickets that sit, the scripted answers from someone who never ran a shop. This company is built so none of that can happen.
When you describe the problem, I'm not searching a knowledge base. I've run the board, built the pricebook, closed the payroll. I understand your specific issue because I've actually lived it.
Messages get answered the same day, and retainer fixes land by next morning. Not because a dashboard tracks my response time. Because my name is on the company.
No new rep introducing themselves every quarter. No re-explaining your setup to a stranger. I'm the founder. No one is replacing me.
I'm Chris, a real operations expert who has worked at real companies in the biggest New Jersey markets. I've spent my career running operations and logistics for large service companies and plumbing/HVAC contractors: dispatch boards, pricebooks, payroll, memberships, and every corner of ServiceTitan, hands-on. Along the way I started building the software and AI automations the platform doesn't give you out of the box, or charges $$$ monthly and per-seat fees for.
The Mechanical Mind is that experience, available to your shop. No reseller commissions, no agency retainer padding. Just an operator who's felt the same pain you have, and knows the way out.
One message. Tell me your trade mix, truck count, and what hurts most in ServiceTitan. I'll tell you what the health check covers and what it costs.
Founding partners: 3 slots, ever, and only on the 12-month agreement. Founding shops get a custom automated system built for their operation in the first 90 days, one build in flight at a time, in exchange for an honest case study. When the slots fill, they're gone.
